One Touch Button, Controls All
Pressed goes through the OLED screens: Time, date, steps, calories burned, distance traveled, sleep monitor and then settings (spanner icon) which when held down for 3 seconds allows you to set the date, time, gender, age, weight, height and an option clear the steps each night or not, so that the calorie usage and distance counts can more accurately relate to you.
